Local developer Paul Moss and TAK Enterprises worked with architect Terry Cunningham on the proposed mixed-use building at 919 Travis.
In order to preserve remaining pockets of residential development and prevent their conversion to single-use office space, the Near Southside Standards and Guidelines require a residential component for all projects located in a "T4-N" Neighborhood Zone. 919 Travis is the first mixed-use project in one of the new neighborhood zones.
